Biortho-germanate single crystals
MDA Crystals has developed the industrial technology of growing Biortho-germanate large single crystals with Chokhralski method using growers “Krystall-3M”.
Technological process is to foresee bull growing as cylinder and “opposite cone” having diameter up to 100 mm and length up to 360 mm.

Perspective application of crystals:

• detection of ionizing radiation;
• environment control;
• radiation control of the nuclear plants;
• high energy physics;
• computer tomography.
