Langasite and Langatate single crystals.

Langasite La₃Ga₅SiO₁₄ (LGS) and Langatate La₃Ga_5.5Ta_0.5O₁₄ (LGT) crystals are grown by Czochralski method. The obtained crystals are measuring up to 86 mm in diameter. They are used for manufacturing wafers with diameter of 76.2 mm in heat-steady cut direction.

The crystals are used for manufacturing of piezo-electronic components:

• monolithic filters;
• high frequency resonators;
• SAW-filters;
• piezo-sensors.
